Follow for pasta making for beginners 🍝 Here are two easy shapes of pasta that you can make with just a roller blade aka a pasta cutter or a pizza cutter :) First we have Farfalle aka 🦋 but this pasta is technically called Stricchetti aka Bow Ties because it does not have the ridges on the sides! Second pasta is one of my faves, called Sorpresine aka Little Surprises because… Surprise! Although it looks like a tortellini or filled pasta, it’s actually not! This is a great pasta to use with a t
