The AM07 uses Air Multiplying technology to produce smooth cooling air.? This fan works without blades which means it produces a constant airflow that is not choppy. The tower fan propels air out of a loop amplifier, pushing cool air straight into your space. The engineers at Dyson have created the AM07 tower fan to be quieter and more energy efficient then its forerunner, the AM02 Tower Fan. Even though the AM07 Dyson tower fan runs more efficiently, it still produces the same powerful, cooling air. The air channels in the Dyson quiet fan have been reconfigured to reduce airflow turbulence making it operate at a quieter level then the AM02. The bottom of the loop on the AM07 tower fan has been enlarged to allow for more air to flow into the amplifier which allows for less turbulence, and makes the fan run quieter. The Dyson quiet fan has an aerodynamic diffuser which creates separated airflow into controlled paths which makes for a more efficient journey for the air to the loop. ?Because of the reconfiguration and the smoother airflow, less energy is required for the motor to force air out, making the fan more energy efficient. The AM07 tower fan has a brushless DC motor that runs more efficiently yet produces the same, strong airflow. The motor bucket has been acoustically engineered to recued vibration and there for, lower the operating noise level. The Dyson tower fan is designed with a Helmholtz cavity to capture and dissipate audible motor noise. The AM07 comes with a remote control that can control the 10 precise airflow settings. The remote can also control the smooth oscillation feature on or off. The fan has a sleep timer that can be programmed to turn the fan off automatically, anywhere between 15 minutes up to 9 hours. The remote is magnetic and curved so that when it is not in use it can be neatly stored on top of the fan. This fan is safe to have the home with animals and children since there are no spinning blades for little hands or paws to get caught in. The lack of blades also makes the AM07 tower fan easy to clean by simply wiping down.
