I mark it appropriately for US bidders only and within the last month alone I have had buyers from Mexico and Argentina winning my auctions. I know somewhere in the recesses of eBay... there is supposedly a setting to "turn-off" allowing non-US residents to bid on auctions to prevent this sort of thing from happening.
