Also the problem still persists when I take out the new video card and I try to use the built in one. Also this problem happened on a whole different computer and different video card with the same problem.
Bought new graphics card, colors look really bad
May 14, 2015 · Yes as an avid gamer myself I realize only a few of these settings affect in-game colors but they do make a difference especially digital vibrance. That setting varies card-to-card though even when using a different nVidia card. I do agree that the default IQ settings on an AMD card are much better though. Anyway here are the settings I use.

Just unplug the computer and remove the clock battery for 10 mins. Should at least get your onboard back. As for the card make sure your pci-e slot is set as the primary video output in the bios rather then onboard or auto.

It was actually a lot easier to do than I thought and after getting the new graphics card (I got it off eBay for about 1/3 of the price Dell was going to charge me) it took about 45 minutes to take the whole thing apart and get it back together again.
