Jan 2, 2025 · The drive is the letter E, there is an empty Electronic Arts folder in my username's documents tab, a The Sims 4 folder in the external, and I checked the OneDrive documents and nothing is in it. The Users folder for the account I'm currently on does not match up with the name in the settings homepage, I'm not sure if that means anything though.

Jan 3, 2025 · Please also delete any lastexception files in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Load this household with no mods or cc present and see whether you get a new LE. If you do, open the file, delete its first line, and attach it to a reply here.

Hi guys! My issue has a whole long backstory, but long story short my Electronic Arts folder and Sims 4 folder were deleted from my computer. Before that happened, my game would not upload new mods or CC. And now, even with the two folders gone (completely wiped off my computer as far as I can find), my game and the EA App functions as normal.

After its installed to the default install location C: ProgramFiles\Electronic Arts ----> u copy the whole folder , and save it to your other hard drive(or anywhere else where u can access it from your default user) which u will can access from your default user
