Mahindra & Mahindra is in discussions with InterGlobe Aviation to resolve a trademark issue regarding the use of "6e" in its new electric model, BE 6e. IndiGo, which uses '6E' as its airline code, has sued Mahindra for trademark violation.

Indian Mahindra and Mahindra on Tuesday said it is in talks to resolve a dispute with the country's biggest airline IndiGo which has filed a court challenge against the use of its call sign "6e" in the automaker's new electric vehicle offering.
