While other NFL teams are already making moves with 2025 in mind, the Dallas Cowboys are seemingly trying to salvage a season that's long been lost.

The Dallas Cowboys have consistently had numerous problems over the last couple of years, and many of them can be traced back to one source -- the President, Owner, and General Manager of the team, Jerry Jones. While his team has enjoyed plenty of (regular season) success in recent years, big roadblocks are holding them back.
