Cole Palmer has now won two of the last three Premier League Player of the Month awards, with only Lampard (four) winning more for the Blues than the 22-year-old (two)

Cole Palmer produced an incredible solo performance during Chelsea’s 4-2 victory against Brighton on Saturday, becoming the first player to score four goals in the first half of a Premier League match.

There are no awards for guessing that it’s of course Cole Palmer who’s responsible for these two wins, following up his April award by now also winning it for September! Considering that he scored five goals, and added an assist as well, he was head and shoulders a class above all the other nominees.
