The Cincinnati Reds acquired veteran infielder Gavin Lux, 27, from the World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers, the teams announced Monday night, in exchange for a competitive balance Round A pick and outfielder prospect Mike Sirota.

The post World Series shakeup continues in Los Angeles, as the Dodgers are poised to trade starting second-baseman Gavin Lux to the Cincinnati Reds. As reported by ESPN’s Jeff Passan, the Dodgers will send Lux to the Reds in exchange for a future draft pick and outfield prospect Mike Sirota.

Second baseman Gavin Lux has been traded from the Dodgers to the Cincinnati Reds, three days after Los Angeles agreed to a $12.5 million, three-year contract with infielder Hyeseong Kim.
