Dallas’s first hi-fi listening bar is celebrating its opening weekend downtown, and it’s already packed with listeners, audiophiles, and nightlife lovers alike.

The median monthly housing payment was $2,591 during the four weeks ending March 1, down 2.8% year over year, according to a new report from Redfin, the real estate brokerage powered by Rocket.

The panel had been expected to vote Thursday on the project, but the vote was moved to next month to give more time for public comment.
