The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on the morning of 8 March that the death toll from Russian strikes on the city of Dobropillia in Donetsk Oblast had risen to at least 11, with another 30 people injured.

Russian forces launched multiple strikes on Dobropillia late on March 7, damaging at least four apartment buildings.

Ukrainian forces downed 73 out of the 119 drones, including Shahed-type attack drones, launched by Russia overnight, the Air Force reported.
