A class-action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of those impacted by last week's massive fire at SPS Technologies in Abington Township.

SPS Technologies says it has hired an outside firm to help with cleanup and that they will be starting remediation work Friday at the area schools before moving onto homes.

The EPA and DEP will continue to monitor air and water conditions to ensure public safety. No hazards have been detected in the area surrounding the fire and the area has been deemed safe,”
