Two years after buying Paul Simon and Edie Brickell’s New Canaan, Connecticut, property, the “Pretty Woman” actor and his wife, Spanish publicist Alejandra Silva, sold the property in a seemingly off-market deal in early October for $10.75 million, property records show.

Richard Gere bought the house located in the town of New Canaan for $10.80 million which is $50,000 more than the price he sold the house for
