Google is rolling out a memory feature for Gemini AI similar to ChatGPT's Memory: Saved Info is available now for Advanced subscribers.

OpenAI recently introduced ChatGPT Search, a search engine feature within its chatbot that allows users to receive real-time answers to queries, such as sports scores, breaking news, and stock quotes. This service has shifted ChatGPT to already become more like Google search, and in turn like Google’s AI tools.

When it comes to response style, Google's Gemini often provides more concise, to-the-point answers compared to ChatGPT. ChatGPT tends to be more verbose, even with simple questions. While you can ask it to shorten or summarize, if you prefer quick, straightforward responses, Gemini is a better fit.

Now you can spend less time telling Gemini background information and more time getting stuff done. The feature rolls out today, but there's a catch.
