An investigation is underway in the Yosemite Valley after the death of a hospitality employee, authorities say.

Multiple federal agencies are investigating a female park employee's suspicious death after she was found suffering from severe injuries inside Yosemite National Park.

While NPS did not identify the woman, the statement said she was an employee of Yosemite Hospitality from Fresno, California.
