The Airbus A380-842 operated multiple flights totalling 294 hours with the tool stuck in the outboard left engine.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Qantas for comment. It comes after the engine on a Qantas aircraft exploded at Sydney Airport, which forced the pilot to make an emergency landing at the landing.
