Tens of thousands of Michiana residents are currently without power as severe weather makes its way through Michiana.
The Gaylord NWS office, located 9 miles south of the city, broke its record at 149.5 inches of snowfall during the December 2024-February 2025 winter. The previous record was 149 inches during the 2016-17 winter, the weather agency said.
