In the latest example of what appears to be a growing trend, police said they found a so-called “ghost gun” inside an unattended backpack last week at a local restaurant, leading to the arrest of a Framingham man.

Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky delivered his fourth State of the City address Monday evening at Nevins Hall.
