Freezing temperatures caused the water from a burst pipe on Luna Road in Carrollton to freeze, covering the road, cars and power lines with ice.

Carrollton city crews have opened southbound lanes on Luna Road after a water leak on Feb. 19 sent gallons of water into the streets, causing icy conditions.
