Pantera, Limp Bizkit, Suicidal Tendencies and Ice Nine Kills will join the heavy metal band as opening acts throughout the tour

Metallica have extended their M72 World Tour in support of '72 Seasons' album with new North American leg of dates.

Metallica is extending its current tour and coming to Houston. The band has pushed its M72 World Tour into a third year with 21 North American shows next year. They'll perform June 14 at NRG Stadium in Houston. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 27 at 10 am. through the band's site . Fan club presales begin at 10 a.m. Sept. 23.

Metallica is making a stop in upstate New York next year as the band continues its M72 World Tour. The JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse will be hosting the rock band on April 19, 2025 with opening acts Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies.
