National Weather Service forecasters have issued a winter weather advisory from 1 p.m. Wednesday until 4 a.m. Thursday for Terre Haute, Indianapolis, Greencastle and Kokomo areas. Roads, bridges, and overpasses will likely become slick and hazardous.
