A winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service in Duluth on Tuesday, March 10.
We’re in the midst of a major shift in our weather pattern. Three winter weathermakers will move through northeast Wisconsin through Sunday. They’ll bring us periods of snow, ice, rain, and gusty winds that will impact your commutes, travel plans, and outdoor activities through the weekend.
Saturday will begin under overcast conditions before snow chances reach our westernmost communities as early as 7AM or 8AM early tomorrow. A core of low pressure tracking from Iowa into Central Illinois will continue to generate snow chances across Southern Wisconsin through the remainder of our Saturday morning and afternoon.
