The Supreme Court agreed Friday to consider reinstating some preventative care coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act that were struck down by a lower court.

At issue is a provision requiring health-care plans to cover no-cost preventive care, including cancer screenings, immunizations and contraception. A Christian-owned business has challenged it.

The US Supreme Court agreed to review a lower court ruling that found some Obamacare coverage requirements for preventative services unlawful, but kept them enforceable nationwide.

Lower courts ruled that a task force that determines which treatments must be covered at no cost had not been validly appointed.
