Hey, remember the Chevrolet Blazer EV SS? We can forgive you if you don't. Back when Chevy introduced the electric Blazer, it promised an SS version with 557 hp. That was almost three years ago now, and the SS is still missing from dealer lots.

The 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV SS is due to arrive soon, with a lot more power, at a $61,995 base price including the mandatory $1,395 destination fee.

The silent SS will bring a roaring herd of NASCAR V-8s to the green flag at Daytona. Chevy will also unveil an electric NASCAR at the event.

Chevrolet Blazer EV SS will accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds with Wide Open Watts mode activated, producing 615 hp and 650 pound-feet of torque, the brand said.
