The merger of Air India and Vistara was officially completed on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. The newly merged entity will now operate over 5,600 weekly flights and serve more than 90 domestic and international destinations with a fleet of 208 aircraft.

The Air India Group has successfully completed the operational integration and legal merger of Air India and Vistara, finalizing a major step in its post-privatization transformation.

Air India completed the Vistara merger on Tuesday, forming an integrated airline partly owned by Singapore Airlines.
