Lowery started 11 games at linebacker in his one season at Wisconsin but failed to have as big of an impact as expected.

Lowery initially spent four seasons at Syracuse before transferring to Wisconsin to help revamp the team's pass rush under Mike Tressel. In 2023, Lowery was a key starter for the Orange, registering 46 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks.

The transfer portal for college football is open from Dec. 9-28, but players have started to announce their intention to change programs.
