The United States learned their 2026 FIFA World Cup draw on Friday afternoon, slotting into Group D alongside Australia, Paraguay and the winner of UEFA Playoff C.

The United States Men’s National Team will play against Australia in the World Cup in Seattle as FIFA finalizes the teams and groups in the global event.

The top seed in Group D, the Americans welcomed Australia and Paraguay — manageable foes that they defeated in home friendlies this fall — and the winner of a March playoff between Türkiye, Romania, Slovakia and Kosovo.
