Ukraine struck the Moscow region on Tuesday in its biggest drone attack so far on the Russian capital, killing at least one woman, wrecking dozens of homes and forcing around 50 flights to be diverted from airports around Moscow.

A RUSSIAN STRIKE on International Red Cross vehicles in eastern Ukraine killed three of the organisation’s workers, the country’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. Two other staff members were wounded in the attack, which happened in the village of Virolyubivka, a dozen of kilometres away from the frontline in Donetsk.

The World Health Organization issued a stark warning on Thursday about a potential health crisis in Ukraine as the country faces its third winter of war since Russia’s full-scale invasion. The warning came as three Red Cross staff members were killed by artillery strikes in eastern Ukraine Thursday.
