A 13-year-old girl was struck Tuesday morning at the intersection of 18th Street and Brady Lane, leaving her in critical condition, police said.

The trooper suffered injuries described as severe and was being evaluated at Albany Medical Center, police said. A tow truck driver was also struck in the incident. That driver suffered injuries described as minor.
