CLEVELAND, Ohio – For the first time since Dec. 5, Cleveland State knows what it’s like to lose. The Vikings were bested by the Northern Kentucky Norse in a 85-75 outing Wednesday night, ending their 13-game win streak, which dated back to Dec. 7.

BOTTOM LINE: Cleveland State faces Northern Kentucky after Chase Robinson scored 20 points in Cleveland State's 68-58 win over the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons. The Norse have gone 8-5 at home. Northern Kentucky ranks sixth in the Horizon League with 10.0 offensive rebounds per game led by Keeyan Itejere averaging 2.4.

Tevin Smith led the Vikings (17-7, 11-2) in scoring, finishing with 18 points, six rebounds and four assists. Dylan Arnett added 17 points and four assists for Cleveland State. Je'Shawn Stevenson also had 11 points. The loss ended a 13-game winning streak for the Vikings, one off the program record set back in 1986.
