Michigan State Police shot and killed 54-year-old Tuscola County man who fired at and wounded a trooper on Tuesday night, Dec. 9. An MSP sergeant was shot in the hand, the MSP Third District said in a post on X on Dec. 10, and the 54-year-old Koylton Township man was pronounced dead at the scene, the post said.
