Luke Combs says he has a type of obsessive-compulsive disorder known as 'pure O,' an unofficial diagnosis where the compulsions are entirely mental.

The country music star says he has had OCD since the age of 12. Country music superstar Luke Combs is sharing details about his struggle with obsessive-compulsive disorder, or OCD, a struggle that he says can be "all consuming" in his life.

His particular OCD is “particularly wicked” because it’s not outwardly obvious and his thoughts are sometimes “intrusively violent,” Combs said.
