In May 2023 a federal judge rejected a partnership between American and JetBlue. Today, its lost value is hurting both airlines. But the partnership is not quite dead.

The airline is cutting routes from LaGuardia, JFK, and Logan airports. JetBlue is phasing out more than a dozen routes across its network, significantly decreasing connectivity in the northeast. As confirmed by aviation data company,

JetBlue flyers who like to book the airline’s extra-legroom seats — which are known as “Even More Space” seats — will start to notice changes over the coming months.
