WLOS — Hurricane Francine will make landfall along the Louisiana coast sometime this evening, West of New Orleans. It is expected to remain a Category 1 hurricane with winds up to 95 mph and gusts to 115 mph. Storm surge of up to 10 feet will be possible for parts of the central coastline of Louisiana.
