After the moment of silence, Stars’ legendary color analyst Daryl “Razor” Reaugh offered up a tribute on the Victory+ broadcast. Reaugh, who’s been in the Stars’ broadcast booth since 1996, called Hicks “a titan of D-FW sports.”
