Coming off a dramatic victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Dallas Cowboys (3-2) will look to stay above .500 with an anticipated matchup against the Detroit Lions (3-1) on Sunday. The Lions are 3-1 coming off their bye week and have won two straight, including Jared Goff’s perfect performance in their 42-29 rout of the Seattle Seahawks last Monday night. Detroit trails the 5-0 Minnesota Vikings by 1 1/2 games in the NFC North and is currently locked into the No. 5 seed in the NFC.

The Lions have the No. 27 pass defense in the NFL, surrendering 258.3 yards per game. The talent in Detroit's secondary has seemingly improved from last season, but it's a group that has a tendency to get grabby and incur penalties. It's a positional matchup where Dallas has the clear advantage.
