Naturally it depends on your points of interest. February can be 10-20 degrees during the day and rarely under10 at night. Can be rainy. March stands better weather chances. I would spend a week in Israel. 2 nights Jerusalem 1 Dead Sea 2 Tel Aviv and 2 in the north ( Haifa & Golan heights) I left out the desert not knowing whether you are fond of it ... As far as Jordan goes, you would have to refer to someone else since I have only been to Petra. A must see !!! No doubt.
