It was my first time to visit the New theatre Cardiff and I felt really welcoming from the minute I approached the doors. The staff was so helpful they explained where everything was in the building … Full review by Dawn K

Took child to see 101 Dalmations. Heavy rain outside. Performance started 7pm but at 6.45 the doors from the foyer into the theatre were kept firmly shut. This was so we the customers could be ushere… Full review by bulletdozer

Can you tell me what safety measures will be in place now with the new COVID guidelines re wearing of masks? We have tickets to panto but bringing elderly relatives & children we are a bit concerned about safety of a very packed theatre

Personally I wouldn't take a 1 year old, the show would be too loud and too long. Maybe best to give them a ring.
