Does the venue allow people to line up well in advance of the show? My kid wants to go super early in the day for an all ages show.

For future reference for your kid, you can go as early as you want to any show anywhere! Venues sometimes send you away in freezing temperatures just so you don't get hypothermia …
For future reference for your kid, you can go as early as you want to any show anywhere! Venues sometimes send you away in freezing temperatures just so you don't get hypothermia or anything like that, but other than that I've camped overnight at most venues in Toronto without any issues.
