Located on County Clare’s west coast, the Cliffs stretch for 8 kms/5 miles and 214 metres/700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean. We are open from 8am - 7pm in March and April. Why not visit in the morning to watch the sunrise or in the evening for magical sunsets and great photo opportunities. As the main Geosite in the Burren and Cliffs of Moher UNESCO Geopark, we are committed to the ethos of sustainable tourism and sustainable business and we strive to reduce any negative impact on the environment, preserve local culture and heritage and spread economic benefit.
